Kumuyi and Adeboye have a long history of friendship that dates back to the ’80s. God calls people individually and gives them a unique message alongside. Therefore, possibilities abound that the message God commits to one minister may not be fully agreed upon by another minister, even though they are good friends.

Therefore, in such a scenario, for the safety of the congregants and propagation of God’s kingdom, the best thing is for both ministers to maintain their friendship and respect their beliefs, but not invite each other for their church meetings.
