Abundant life is a personality. Abundant life is a life that swallows up death both physical and spiritual according to (2Peter 1vs3). God is the life and God’s life supersede any other kind of life. In Christ, believers have life and they have it more abundantly, (John 10vs10) Jesus did not refer to Satan as the thief in that chapter, but he is referring to the pharisee and the Sadducee. False teaching can rob your abundant life and the kind of doctrine you are listening to will affect your abundant life. So, therefore, we have abundant life in Christ Jesus.
How do you receive abundant life? Ways to receive abundant life in Christ Jesus is discussed below;
1. Faith.
Man receives abundant life by faith according to (1John5vs11) Faith comes by hearing the word of God. According to (Hebrew 11vs1 says “now faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen”) When you have faith all things are possible. we received abundant life through faith, with Faith we obtained good results. We know God through faith, we believe in everything he is doing through the spirit of faith. Anyone who those not have Christ or who did not have faith in that abundant life is dead.
2. Eternal Life.
Eternal life is also a way we can have abundant life. we received abundant life by believing and trusting In the word of God. When you have eternal life there is the life of Christ in us. Eternal life people do not run after signs and wonder, they are rather conscious of their life. Eternal life is not a title, it is a knowledge of God, we grow to know him both spiritually according to (John 10vs26-27) Anyone that desire abundant life must be ready to follow Christ (John17vs12-13) This abundant life and eternal life we are talking about we can see that God does not give it to anyone except those that desire to have it. Anyone that has this life will be a partaker of eternal life.
3. Purpose.
Every believer here on earth has their purpose, but we can see that the purpose that God has for every human being he created is different. The purpose of God for our life is to give us life and we have it abundantly according to (John10vs10) The purpose of God for man is to have a continual relationship with God (Genesis 1vs26). For this purpose, there will be challenges but we must stand firm and look forward to that abundant life. As a believer that is aiming for abundant life, we must back our purpose with prayer. Purpose Is an assignment given to all believers, our purpose is to bring victory to the name of God.
