People who start getting old and weak should always eat lots of legume plants. 

Green Vegetables

It’s very important for you to eat a lot of vegetables every day, like spinach, collards, and other things, so you don’t get sick. Because they have a lot of vitamins C and E, as well as the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, which are good for your health.

Carrots

This vegetable has been popular with many Nigerians for a long time and is one of the main foods they eat. Even their favorite foods like fried rice and other things have it. 

I am, however, happy that most people now eat a lot of carrots because they are rich in beta-carotene, which is used by the body to make vitamin A. The pills also lower your cholesterol level and improve your eyesight as they go through your body.
