Ever wondered why certain situations make faith a scam? Sometimes we wonder if faith really exist or even if it does, can it actually move a mountain?
Well today, I will be sharing tips on how to make our faith move not only a mountain but mountains.
- Let go of disbelief
Hebrew 11 verse 1 says: now faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen. If u don’t let go of disbelief, faith can not exist in you. Make faith your choice and stop saying, ‘it is impossible’. Luke 1:37 says, ‘for with God nothing shall be impossible’. - Be ready to be tested
Yes, u read it right, be ready to be tested, mocked, discouraged…just name it. James 1:2-4: Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything - Be Patient
If u want your faith to move mountains, be patient. Stop being in an unnecessary haste. Remember the old saying, ‘the patient dog eats the fattest bone’. Some would say, ‘ that doesn’t apply to this generation’, it sure does! Even if we lived in a world of instant gratification, ‘easy still does it’.
James 5:7a, ‘be patient…’ - Make your faith Alive
James 2:14 says, ‘what good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him?’
This is very important. Stop making use of a dead faith. Stop saying, ‘i have faith’ when you have no iota of faith. Show it through your actions. A dead faith CANNOT move a mountain let alone mountains.
Matthew 17:20 , “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
