Asari Dokubo has given his verdict about the upcoming election coming up in Nigeria. According to Asari, Peter Obi is not who the people think he is and that while he was Governor for eight years in Anambra there’s nothing to show for his state.
He digressed to how some Pastors have been telling their members recently to vote for Peter Obi. He referred to the incidence of how a minister of God told her members to vote for Peter Obi, Asari stated that this method of compelling members to vote for an individual is like instigating conflict between two religions. He said that Tinubu’s wife is a Pastor in the Redeem Church.
He said telling people to go and take their PVC to vote for Peter Obi on the pulpit is a wrong method of canvassing people. Asari is being against bringing Religion into politics. He also rubbishes the Peter Obi movement to be a movement that’s useless and has no structure in Nigeria.
