Apostle Johnson Suleman reveals what happened to him after God told him he would stepped into the shoes of the founder of Church of God Mission International, Archbishop Benson Idahosa

The Nigerian Televangelist and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman has revealed what happened to him after God told him he would stepped into the shoes of the founder of Church of God Mission International, Archbishop Benson Idahosa who was popularly referred to as the father of Pentecostalism in Nigeria. 

According to Apostle Suleman, he received a prophecy from God that he would be stepping into the shoes of Archbishop Idahosa, five years ago, and for the last five years scandals has never ceased to trailed in his life and ministry. He said since he received the prophecy, the level of persecution, scandal and criticism he has experienced were enormous.

He said he did not understand everything that was happening in his life and ministry, until the renowned African Televangelist and Gospel Minister, Bishop Fred Addo came to meet him from Ghana and explained why he has been a victim of scandals and criticism.

Apostle Suleman said Bishop Fred Addo told him that it was because he accepted the prophecy that he would stepped into the shoes of the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa, that’s why he has been experiencing unceasing scandals in his life and ministry, because when Archbishop Idahosa was alive, he was the most criticized and scandalous clergyman in the nation.

Apostle Suleman said he only focused on the good part of the prophecy and ignored the other part that came with the prophecy. “Bishop Fred told me, since God has told you that you will be stepping into the shoes of the Archbishop, you will not only be all over the world preaching the Gospel and being a voice, you will also be criticized and persecuted, but the Lord Almighty is the one who is busy advertising you for free. Today, I talk and Nigeria listens,” he said.
