12 REASONS WHY YOU MUST NOT COMPLETELY REPLACE YOUR OLD HANDS:

All leaders I know also like pastors with new fire, new zeal and new passion.

Sometimes you find it among this younger generation around you. That I refer to as your new hands.

Have you ever asked yourself how come you that is also among the old hand, has retained your zeal, fire and passion for the work?

There are still some men among your old hands that you need because they have also retained their fire, zeal and passion till date.

Don’t wipe them away.

You may later regret it.

NOW WHY YOU MUST NOT WIPE AWAY YOUR OLD HANDS:

1 They are your testimony and evidence of how it used to be. You will always need them to tell people we did not just arrive here. They saw how bad it was before the glory came.

2. They are the ones who truly know the you inside you. All these boys don’t know you. It is your charisma they know. These old hands know your character.
3. Your old hands are your testimony that you are not a bad man. If you are that bad they won’t stay with you this long. You need them to reply your mockers.
4. The old hands have invested so much into the work that they can’t just walk away. Their youth is in it. This new boy can just walk away without thinking twice.
5. The old hands know you have money more than them and you are bigger than them and they have also accepted it as their destiny. These new hands are still dreaming to be greater than you under you. A dream that can never happen. After some time they will react.
6. The old hands are needed to train the young hands. Remember They drank from you directly.

You will need them to train others the same way you have trained them.

7. The old hands have passed your tests. Test these new hands if they will not go without thinking twice. Some of them have not passed the test of followership.
8. The old has come to stay with you in good times and bad times, the new hands came because they saw the glory. Will they stay if the glory is not there?
9. The old hands may not have what it takes to generate new results, but they have what it takes not to allow results making them break away from where there is a result.
10. The new hands are watching how you treat the old hands to know how to navigate their destiny. Some won’t want to wait until they are old again.
11. Learn how to combine your old hands with the new hands in getting your desired result. You must not use one to fight the other.
12. The old hands may not have your exact anointing, but they can handle your exact annoyance.

Yesterday I publicly rebuked my second in command for coming late to church after several secret corrections and I told him he may need to choose between late coming and serving under me.

After service he came and apologized to me even though I was wrong in the way and manner I did the correction openly.

Try that with some of these new guys they will drop their letter of resignation immediately.

There is more security in the odour of an old woman than the perfume of a young girl.

Conclusively, every system has that one person that has been on ground from inception, even when others left, he stayed. Let’s be careful how we treat them because of the new guys we have around. The things we do to them, this new guy won’t take it.
