HOW TO TREAT THE LESS PRIVILEGED AMONG YOUR FLOCK

Never run a church in a way that the poor among your flock will feel disrespected and despised.

Every father loves sons and daughters that are helpful to the vision.

The challenge is when you are found to only celebrate the rich among your flock.

Just imagine if all members who feel disrespected as a result of their financial state, decide to stop coming to the Church. There is no church that will forever be filled to capacity. Because Jesus said the poor you will always have among you.
How then do I manage those that are less privileged among us.

1. Never be seen to be avoiding audience with them.
   Some leaders only have time for the wealthy.
2. Openly celebrate their commitment to the church. Everything is not about money. If all rich men use their business as excuse not to be in church, you can’t preach to empty chairs.
3. Give them positions in church that doesn’t require money to finance. Where money is involved, let the person to assist them be a good giver.
   Or the church can always support them in running the assignment committed into their hands.
4. Never say anything that will make the poor become desperate to make money.

Prosperity must be taught with a touch of spirituality and contentment.

The essence of this post is to ensure no one feels, I am treated this way because I don’t have money.
