‘Be Careful That The Prophecy A Pastor Gives You, Isn’t A Delusion’ – Reno Omokri Advises Christians

A lot of Christians are fond of believing all what a pastor or prophet says regarding their marital lifes, business and so on. Most of the words they say out of their mouth, at times can be beguiling.

Reno Omokri, a popular human rights activist was on Twitter to lament on this ugly trend. According to a recent post on his verified Twitter handle, he advised his fans especially the Christians, to be mindful of the prophecies they hold unto, which was spoken by their religious leaders.

Further stating, he wrote that, it is falsehood, if a cleric declares that you should marry a particular person because that was what God told him.

Concluding his write-up, he then emphasised that if the reverend ask you for something in return for a prophecy, he has manipulated you.

In his words, he wrote this

‘Be careful that the prophecy a pastor gives you isn’t a delusion or manipulation. If the pastor is giving you a prophecy on who God says is your husband or wife, it is a delusion. If it is a prophecy benefiting the pastor at your expense, then it is a manipulation!’
