Pastor David Ibiyeomie has said that even if he was living in Haiti, he would still be rich. He said this during his sermon at the Master’s Place International Church, during their Financial Dominion Conference.
He declared that it is not the place that determines your success in life; it is how you follow God’s principles for wealth.
“Before I came to Port Harcourt, people told me that nothing works in Port Harcourt, that it was only in Lagos and Abuja that things work. See, there are churches that cannot pay rent in Lagos. This church (he was referring to Pastor Korede Komaiya’s church in Warri), is it in Lagos? Is this church suffering? It is not the location that determines your success in life,” he said.
He told the congregation that they should not dream of going to America to start menial jobs because they can make it where they are in Nigeria.
