Bethel Church: Wife of Bill Johnson Finally Lost battle to cancer

BENI JOHNSON, WIFE OF BILL JOHNSON GRADUATES TO HEAVEN

Wife of Bethel Church founder, Beni Johnson as gone to be with the Lord. Beni Johnson graduated to heaven last night after a brief illness.

Bill wrote on social media that Beni is now “Healthy and free” in her eternal home in heaven.

Bill and Beni Johnson are the senior leaders of the amazing Bethel Church in Redding, California.

Let’s pray for the Johnson family and the ministry as they walk through Beni’s passing.

There’s a time to warn, and a time to weep. Bill Johnson has confirmed that Beni Johnson has passed away. Let’s remind ourselves that God can open the eyes of the deceived at any time, and save anyone – after all, he opened ours. Let’s remind ourselves that the passing of a loved one is painful and that we should be full of compassion for anyone experiencing loss. Please keep this family in your prayers. We can pray that God would be merciful and gracious by opening the eyes of the folk over at Bethel.

Their son Brian Johnson, a worship leader at Bethel, wrote, “My Mom went home tonight… Love you mom.”

And their son Eric also wrote Instagram, “I love you mom. See you on the other side.”

The Redding, California-based Bethel Church had been requesting prayers for Beni’s health since February this year, asking believers to stand with them and pray for her, especially as she was struggling with her breathing.

“As many of you already know, Beni Johnson has been on a health journey of overcoming cancer. We’ve been praying consistently, and she has experienced a measure of breakthrough,” the church wrote.

But after many months of battling cancer, the church revealed on its Facebook page on Wednesday that she had entered into hospice.
