One of the invited speakers at this year’s 12 Days of Glory event at the Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly was the General Overseer of the Victory International Christian Center, Bishop Taiwo Adelakun. Yesterday, he ministered for the second time, at this event.
He started by singing a couple of worship songs and praying for the sick in the church. He prayed for people with pains in their necks, hard stomachs and bone diseases, and he took instant testimonies from people who were healed.
After that, he called the global senior pastor of COZA, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, and his wife, to the altar, and he blessed them. He prayed that the arrows of the enemy would not reach them, and the work they have started will not go down. Then he prayed for their personal lives and for their children.
After the prayers, he anointed the man of God with the same oil he claimed Pastor Adeboye used to anoint him.
By the time he was done with all these prayers, he went into his teaching for the night. He taught about the power of sacrificial giving and the benefits it brings. He said that even if we were under grace, there were things we were still supposed to do, for example, fasting and giving. After he taught, he called for people who had made vows to give towards the success of the 12 Days of Glory, to come forward for prayers.
When he was done praying for them, he led a number of people to Christ, and the evening session came to an end.
