“Bishop David Oyedepo Told Me why He Does Not Fall Sick And Why He Has No Hair” – Bishop Taiwo Adelakun

Bishop Taiwo Adelakun is the General Overseer of the Victory International Church in Ibadan, as well as the owner of the recently approved Dominion University. On the sixth day of the seven days of glory in 2021, he taught his members about the Empowerment Day of Health and Wholeness. He taught them that the secret to health and wealth is service, and that being healthy and wealthy is a form of spirituality. He read the book of 3 John 1 : 2 which says

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”

He reveals that God’s highest desire and will is for you to be wealthy and whole. Being wealthy and healthy is a form of spirituality. You can’t say that because you’re spiritual, you’re broke or that you’re being tortured in your body. Health without wealth will result in dissatisfaction. Wealth without health is a recipe for disaster because everything you own will be used to pursue health. That is why it is said that health is wealth.

According to him, talent means that you use your gifts and skills to serve God. You can’t serve God and be sick at the same time. You make time for God’s things; you don’t say, “I don’t have time.” You will have time when someone is ill.

In conclusion, he revealed that Bishop David Oyedepo is his mentor. He said that his mentor told him that the reason he does not fall sick is because he serves God day and night. “My mentor told me, he said do you know why I can not be sick? It is because I serve God day and night. When I say my mentor, I mean Bishop Oyedepo. He said you know the reason why I don’t have any hair, so that people will not see any grey hair” he said
