A prominent Nigerian Man of God – Bishop David Oyedepo is no more a stranger to the majority, but I will like to briefly say one or two things about him. He is the general overseer of Living Faith International Gospel Ministry and recently he has taken to his social media official page to disclose to Christians worldwide a major tool needed to be submissive to Jesus Christ.
According to what the man of God posted on his page some hours ago, he made it clear that Christians only need Meekness to be submissive because, a quiet spirit is the backbone of all submission, but someone full of pride in his or her heart can never be submissive.
He wrote:
“It takes meekness to be submissive. A meek and quiet spirit is the backbone of total submission. If you are haughty and full of pride in your heart, you cannot be truly submissive.”
Don’t forget what the Bible also says about the Meek, it says blessed are the Meek for they shall find inherit the Earth. MATHEW 5:5… Nevertheless, being humble in all ramifications of life will help a believer a lot just like our Father in the Lord has said earlier, and the best way to do this is to be Submissive to our Superior, be it older or younger to us.
