Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi has urged Christian leaders to comport themselves wisely during persecutions and challenges of life. He said, having a purposeful heart should be one thing every Christian leader must possess.
Pastor W. F. Kumuyi is a Nigerian Christian leader, author, televangelist and the founder of Deeper Christian Life Ministries otherwise known as Deeper Life Bible Church.
Preaching during the Monday Bible Study at the Church headquarters, the 80 year old preacher said purpose is the anchor for everything in life and Christian leaders and their followers must have a purposeful heart in everything they do.
Pastor Kumuyi preached on the message titled: “Diligently doing God’s works in God’s own way.”
Speaking on the sub topic titled: “Purposefully witnessing and working with God amidst adversaries”, Pastor Kumuyi advised Christian leaders to be purposefully determine to overcome persecutions and and adversaries.
According to BelieveAll, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministries said; “purpose is the anchor for everything in life. You might have vision and mission but without a purposeful life, you cannot achieve anything.”
He advised Christian leaders to “be purposefully determine to overcome persecutions and shun any form of competition.”
He also advised Christians to passionately work as a Workman with God as Apostles. Pastor also said Christians should patiently wait in the wisdom of God.
