Fast rising gospel melodist, Deborah Paul-Enenche, known professionally by her eponymous, came almost fully made. Her surname “Paul-Enenche” signals a powerful message to her fans and to-be-fans, but beyond such highly-spiritually reverend family name lies a great pool of talent and bunch of personal giftings that Debee carries.
Born in Jos, Plateau State, on 28th March 1995, Deborah Elizabeth Enewa Paul-Enenche Esq. is the first daughter and child born to Dr Pastor Paul and Dr Pastor Mrs Becky Enenche, Senior Pastors and Founders of Dunamis International Gospel Centre headquartered in the nation’s capital, Abuja. From a young age Deborah was brought up in the Christian setting – teaching and nurturing with the bible and moulding her to become an ambassador of Christ. She started her music ministry in the church where she ministers and renders her offerings to God as a singer whose songs are very much uplifting and spirit filled. Deborah is known to travel across the world and various states in Nigeria with her father in his evangelistic outreach efforts to the unsaved. She uses this unique platform to bless people with her songs. Aside singing, Deborah also serves as the Creative Media Director at the Glory Dome (Dunamis Church headquarters), Abuja.
Her music career soared when she released the soul-lifting single, “Even If You Slay Me” which became an instant Christian hit. A signature of God’s grace with an unmatched musical style and poise, Debee was adjudged by many gospel music buffs as The 2020 Revelation Of The Nigerian Gospel Industry. She is gifted with a rare gift- the ability to penetrate the soul with her melodious vocals. She has a celestial-inspired voice with a touch of honey and grace – so flawless that it can captivate the most hardened heart.
Being from a family of musicians and gospel crusaders – The Enenche royals of Orokam, Ogbadibo local government area of Benue State, it was no surprise that the 26-year-old Northumbria University law graduate took the market almost by storm.
Her father Dr Pastor Paul Enenche is a gospel music minister likewise her mother, Dr Pastor Mrs Becky Paul-Enenche as well as her siblings; Daniella Paul-Enenche, Destiny Paul-Enenche and Paul Daniel Paul-Enenche. They have a family music band known as “The Paul-Enenche Family”. The band has released a number of popular songs like the awe- inspiring worship song, “Let Me Want What You Want”, “Father in Heaven”, “Keep Holding On”, “Turn It Around”, and host of others.
Solely, Debbie has sung her way into the hearts of many gospel music fans with numbers like; “Lord I Remain Your Baby”, “Glory”, among others.
In addition to singing, Deborah is also a practicing lawyer based in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
