The General Overseer of Dunamis International Church, Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche recently caution his members not to lend out money that’s bigger than their income.
From the video he posted on his official Facebook page, the clergy man made it clear that giving and helping people is good but when it comes to business mismanagement should not allowed.
He made a statement that “mismanagement of income will lead to poverty and bankruptcy”. That means that when a christian fails to manage his or her business diligently poverty is bound to be inevitable even though prayer is made.
He went furthermore to explained that any money set aside for investment should not be given out as loan to a brother or sister in need. He said that attitude is not stinginess but instead it’s wisdom for securing the future.
In conclusion, Dr. Paul Enenche is not trying to speaks against lending money to people but instead he is telling his congregation to give according to their capacity so that they can always have a reservoir for future investment.
