Dr. Olukoya Explains Why Christians Need Night Vigils
Dr. D.K. Olukoya, General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry, has explained why Christians are required to keep night vigils.
The man of God stated in a video on his verified Facebook page that if a man wants to take command of the day, he must also take care of the night.
“Night vigils are vital for enormous success in our struggle against Satan,” he stated.
“Night vigils are necessary for Christians because the kingdom of darkness functions better in darkness,” Dr. Olukoya added. “They work when men are the least aware.” He stated that the hours of the night are the worst. He cited Matthew 13:25, which states, “But while folks were sleeping, his adversary came and planted tares among the wheat and went his way.”
Dr. Olukoya says that the devil deposited the majority of the issues individuals face during the day while they were asleep. “Night vigils let Christians carry the war to the gates of their adversaries,” he stated. “Any trouble that came into your life while you were asleep should be buried now,” Dr. Olukoya remarked.
