The General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye, recently revealed the reason why some Christian’s tithe and offering are rejected by God.
According to what he posted on his official Facebook page, the clergy man said that religious pride and arrogance is the reason some Christians remain unjustified before God despite their faithfulness in tithes and offerings and other spiritual activities like praying and fasting.
The clergy man said that whenever pride and arrogance is found in a believer then his or her justification is not guarantee.
He narrated a bible story on how a Pharisees that was faithful in tithe and offering still wasn’t justified after praying to God because of arrogance and pride. That means that God accept the tithe and offering which comes from a heart of love and humility and not of arrogance.
In conclusion, pride is a sin and God always resists the proud man regardless of the sacrifices rendered.
