Bishop David Oyedepo, General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, addressed his congregation at the Enough is Enough Service at Faith Tabernacle in Canaanland.

When discussing the prophetic mantle, Jesus stated that you must recognize that the virtue in him is greater than the one in your life. Water always flows downhill, never upwards. 7:7 (Hebrews) The greater blesses the less. The issue is determining how to accept that you are less. He then said, “One of my early helpers, I was informed many years later, stated,

‘He is anointed, I am anointed.’ Two anointed persons cannot be in the same place at the same time. This is not a debate; God decides each person’s amount of anointing. He ran himself aground.”

He then stated that Kenneth Hagin is much above him, allowing him to tap into what he carries, and that T.L. Osborn is far above him, allowing him to tap into what he carries. 7:7 (Hebrews) So you can only be blessed by someone who is less than you. “Baba Copeland is much above me; this morning I am carrying his mantle,” he explained.

Finally, he stated: “Engage your heart, and want for what you know is beyond you. Even if we create 300,000 sanctuaries, I will still be smaller than him (Kenneth Copeland). Baba Benson Idahosa is far above me, yet his teachings continue to be heard here. “You will finish up accomplishing twenty times more than where I stopped,” he predicted. May everyone in this service be free of pride for the rest of their lives.”
