Excitement as mother, daughter and18 others ordained as Ministers of gospel

Makurdi based Church, Glory House Assembly International Makurdi on Sunday was agog as people from all over the country came to witness the ordination of ministers of God

.

The Church ordained 9 Pastors and other ministers of God in different capacity to officiate the activities of the Church.

The servant of God, Apostle Hephzibah Obisung, Senior Pastor and the senior Minister who officiated the activity of the Church admonished all believers to be obedient to God’s command at all times.

Hephzibah, during the service said “in the Glory House Assembly International the ordination of the ministers does not respect the worldly status of a Man or Woman, saying, it is done according to the instructions of God”.

The servant of God quoted the book of Joshua 10 vs 1 to 14, how God used Joshua to conquer the enemy of Israel.

According to her, “Joshua command Sun to stand still untill the enemy is defeated, the same God of yesterday, today and forever is our God. So every ministers of God should know that at all times God is with us”.

Favor one of the ordained Pastor speaking to newsmen of her readiness to serve God in her new office as a Pastor of Glory House Assembly International, that She can do all things through Christ who strengthens her.

“My New office as a Pastor is ordination from God and if God gives assignment he will assist to its completion”.

The female clergy in her presentation said “my elevation is a sign that God has answered the prayers of my parents. My parents always pray to God for me to be commission to service of God and today, it has come to the reality “.

Power to conquer territory.

Apostle Hephzibah maintained that “Christian cannot take over the territory without fasting and prayers, and having completed 21 days of fasting and prayer, it is time to conquer the Territory of the enemy and take over what belongs to us as a children of God”.

Pastor Friday Aku who was also promoted to number 2 of church reacted that he was very overwhelmed by the grace of God upon his life and that of the family.

“My daughter Favor was ordained as a Pastor today and also my wife as a deaconess to the glory God”.

Pastor Akus also stated that” promotion come from God, but as a human what ever God committed to our hands we should do it diligently, then God will add more responsibility”.

The clergy admonished the younger ones to be faithful and committed to the service of God which is the duty of man to God and by so doing, God the rewarder will reward those that are faithful to his work.
