APC presidential Aspirant Tinubu’s choice of muslim/Muslim ticket has brought a lot of reactions from Nigerians as many particularly Christians feared that they might be marginalized if Tinubu eventually win the 2023 presidential election. They, however, said that it was wrong for Tinubu to choose a Muslim/Muslim ticket in a religiously divided country like Nigeria. While, Others stated that it does not matter whether it’s a Muslim/Muslim or Christian/Christian ticket, that what matters most is the leadership competence of the candidate(s).
Festus Kayemo in his statement while reacting to this revealed, why Nigerians and Christians, in particular, should have nothing to fear if Tinubu eventually wins the 2023 presidential election.
While stating his reason he said if by God’s grace Bola Ahmed Tinubu becomes the president and commander in chief in 2023 Nigerians and Christians should have nothing to fear because Tinubu allows his only wife to be a practicing Christian and a pastor under the same roof with him.
