The Nigerian Televangelist and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministry (OFM), Apostle Johnson Suleman has revealed what God told him about terrorism in Cameroon and Nigeria.
Apostle Suleman said he has avoided praying for the nation of Cameroon for months, because he was wrongly accused of praying against the President of Cameroon. “I avoided for many month to pray for Cameroon because one time I gave a prophecy about the leadership of Cameroon, some people went to tell the leadership that I was praying against the president. If there is a country that this ministry has really shown love, it is Cameroon. Many Cameroonians have been living here for years and nobody harassed them. So, I was very angry when I heard the President was told I was praying against him. That’s why I stopped praying for them but God told me yesterday, start praying for Cameroon,” he said.
The clergyman said God instructed him to start praying against terrorist attack in Cameroon, because many people would die and many citizen of Cameroon will be displaced from their homes and parents won’t be able to send their children to schools. “God told me to pray for Cameroon. The things you’re seeing happening in Nigeria is because there is social media, but how many people in Cameroon really have social media power that can spread what is happening. God put it in my heart to pray against terrorism,” Apostle Suleman said.
He further added that many Nigerians will criticized him for imploring people to pray for Cameroon, despite the fact that Nigeria is also having insecurity issues. “I know people will say, charity begin from home but what they failed to realize is that, whatever you wish for your neighbor, that’s what will come back to you. African is one, what touches our sister’s country touches us. The Lord said you should note these down. God told me the terrorists will become Evangelists, they are going to encounter Jesus and they will start exposing things that you don’t know. God told me that, many of them will lay down their arms and serves Jesus. There will be peace in that nation,” Apostle Suleman said.
