God will dishonor you if you’re eating delicious meal while your parents are starving – Bishop Oyedepo

The General Overseer of Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo has taken to his social media to share another word of God today.

Recall that Bishop Oyedepo talked about tithing few days ago. In his previous sermon, he said people who refuse to pay tithes will continue to be under financial curse.

This statement caused a lot of reactions on social media. Some people said the issue of tithing was a thing of the past while some embraced his statement.

But in today’s sermon, Oyedepo talked about people who live a flashy lifestyle but don’t remember their parent. He condemned those who don’t honour their parents.

According to his words, he said;

“It is your duty to honor your parents. You can’t change them because it’s too late. When you stop honoring them, God says, ‘I will dishonour you.’

You can’t be eating turkey, beef, chicken, fish and all delicious meals while they are out there virtually starving.”
