Here are our Nigerian Pastors who settled for foreign Women

A seemingly frustrated sister during our last online House Fellowship Meeting angrily asked our leader; “sir, why can’t our unmarried and widower men of God marry from within their congregations. Does that mean there are no good sisters among them?”

Although, her question was played upon; but one still wonder why our men of God has decided to settle for foreigners, ignoring all the advances that would have been made at them by some Nigerian unmarried Christian sisters, rich and influential widows, most especially among their teeming Nigerian congregation.

Below are the lists of some notable Pastors who opted for foreign wives leaving their Nigerian sisters to look from afar:

Pastor Anselm Mddubuko

The founder of Revival Assembly Ministries Int’l in Ogba Lagos, married a Kenyan gospel star Emmy Kosgei, in 2013 after his first wife and mother of his 3 children, Connie died on the 6th of July 2012.

He even revealed in one of his interviews that, “when I remarried, many girls, married women, left my church.”

Can you fathom that?

Pastor Williams Folorunsho Kumuyi.

The General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry, married Esther Folashade Adenike Blaize at a secret wedding in London on Wednesday October 13, 2010, 18 months after the death of his wife, Abiodun Kumuyi.

Prophet Joshua Iginla

Senior Pastor of Champions Royal Assembly, revealed on Wednesday 20th of May 2020 that he had finally divorced his wife over infidelity and had moved on permanently with his new wife who is a prophetess, many of us where not surprised.

However, the only surprise was that he finally settled for his South African multi-millionaire ‘lover’, Prophetess Stella Zimasa, the woman who has a daughter for him while he was still married to his first wife.

Sources disclosed that the cleric was allegedly dating the lady Prophetess while his now ex-wife Yemisi, was pregnant with their second child.

Here are some of the possible reasons why they have decided to settle for foreign women:

Family Dependence: Families of some of these unmarried sisters are always praying for a rich husband who they will solely depend on once they are married. Once married, their problems become the pastor’s problems. So, most pastors having this at the back of their minds won’t want to be caught up in that web.

They Can’t Withstand Horrible Past: If you hear the past deeds of some of these sisters you will think twice. This is more so because some of them keeps these secrets till marriage.

They Preferred Fresh Bloods: Yes! Our pastors believed our corrupt society influences sisters in the church. They would rather look for a fresh blood that has no blemish at all.

The Need To Expand Beyond Their Shores: Expansion is now the new order of the day. The more your branches the more influential you become and your church grows.

Media Influence: Magazines, websites, blogs and newspapers are not assisting the ladies at all. Once a story surfaced about an intending marriage about any of them it will be in the public discuss thereby ruing their chances.

Unnecessary Friendship: Many men of God don’t want a wife that will have friends all around the town.

Frivolities During Marriage Ceremonies: Over spending during marriage ceremonies is a no, no for some of these pastors because they preach against worldliness.
