Many people will firmly agree that Bishop Oyedepo has a peal of unique laughter whenever he is ministering or trying to make a point. The laughter is so unique that even though you are listening to his audio immediately you will realize that he is the one speaking. Some nonmembers might be wondering why he is laughing that way, but his members have known it to be his way of life right from time.
During the First Service at the Faith Tabernacle this Sunday morning, Bishop Oyedepo of Winners chapel international said in his message that we should never allow the devil to deceive us because not everybody carries headaches or difficulties and challenges. You have to find solutions to your problems. He Further made prayers concerning the upcoming important program of the church, as the members are getting ready for the outpouring of God’s blessings. The program is not for formality but a time to encounter God personally, a time for refreshing and renewing our body, soul, and spirit. He exhorted that we should see Jesus as the Cheif Host because he is the same yesterday, today, and forever. This is evident in the book of Hebrews 13:8. The bible has also instructed us not to remain in one spot with our challenges and problems, but we should come to the Lord as can be seen in Mathew 11:29, “Come and you shall find rest for your souls”.
Bishop Oyedepo further revealed that the way and manner of his laughter have been like that for 52 years, right from when he was very young. It is not something new neither is he making up the laughter it is part of him. In his words he said; “I am not faking my laughter, it’s been with me for 52 years. If you found me any day that I went down like this, tell us”.
The Minister prophesied that God will open a new chapter in the life of everyone, and will cause you to triumph in every place and ways he will lead you to.
