Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Deborah Adebola Fasoyin, has refuted the title ‘mama’ during her recent interview with Channels TV. The “Odun yi a tura” and “Odun nlo sopin” coroner recently spoke concerning what Christian parents should do for their children.
People have often said that age is just a number, as many aged individuals are young at heart.
Advising parents ahead of the new year, Deborah said, “Parents who know Jesus Christ pray for their children’s success. Your utterance as a parent is effective in your children’s lives. Some parents utter negative statements concerning their children’s lives, and it manifests later in life. Words are powerful, and parents should pray for their children even when aggrieved. Negative words only make a child’s life unpalatable. Parents must have the spirit of God by reading the Bible, praying, and asking the Holy Spirit for guidance.”
Responding to the interviewer, Deborah Adebola said, “Point of correction, I am not ‘Mama’; I am a Sweet sixteen.
