The Nigerian spokesman who was a special aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, and one of the Nigerian nominees for the Business Influencer of the year award, Reno Omokri has said that his projection some months ago that Naira will hit 700 per a dollar has come true.
In the recent Youtube video released by him, the spokesman said that he predicted that businesses will be affected further this year as Naira may rise to 700 against a dollar.
The spokesman speaking in the video strongly said that his prediction has been fulfilled.
He said, “I have been vindicated over my projection that Naira will hit 700 to a dollar”
Some of his fans have confirmed the claim. Prince Qasim Alo, confirming the projection has this to say, “You said so as a soothsayer and it reaches the level but we need to seek for forgiveness and apologise to those whom we offend in this country.
Although, another fan identified as Chigozie Onu reacted this way: “You are among those who brought this country to the level it is now. Stop your prophecy and apologise”.
Reno Omokri is one of the top Nigerian politicians and a strong member of the Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria (PDP).
He left Nigeria after President Muhammadu Buhari took over the mantle of leadership from his boss, former President Goodluck Jonathan and since then, he has not visited the country.
