A lady named Ann, told a story of how she prayed and fasted for her uncles death. In the narration story she stated that the reason behind her anger towards her uncle was that he had raped and impregnated her.
She alleges that her uncle who is from her mother’s side, had offered to stay with her so that she can go to school. Her parents could not afford to give her an education because her father was always drunk.
She alleges that as time went by uncle and his wife began creating her as a helper in the house and not a child. As a result she had to stop going to school.
She then later explained that her uncle would begin coming home early while the wife was at work and he would take advantage of her.
According to Ann, she later fell pregnant and returned home. Because of how this affected her deeply she began fasting and praying that her uncle died. She says during the fourth week of her fasting her uncld fell sick and eventually died.
