Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder and presiding pastor of Omega Fire Ministry, has in a video on his church’s official Facebook account a few minutes ago, gave reason why they sent him money to fly first class and he boarded economy in 2005.
Apostle Suleman said that he remembered one time he was travelling to preach in a country and they sent him money for his ticket, in 2005, they sent him money for first class.
He said he called the airline for the amount of the ticket and they told him, and he realised that the money sent to him was almost six times the amount of the ticket. He was confused because he was to fly economy and they gave him money for first-class.
He said they called him and told him that they would be at the foot of the aircraft to welcome him, meaning they expected him to fly first class.
Apostle Suleman said he closed his mouth and bought his economy ticket. He said what he did was that, as soon as the plane landed, he ran to the front with the consent of the hostess to come out with those in first class. He said he only shared the story after two days with someone for the sake of his conscience.
