Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry spoke to his members about “Presenting Valiant Men To Vacillating Society.”
Recall that Pastor Paul Enenche, the founder and senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, at a recent Preservation and Power Communion Service, spoke about what some pastors told him about Pastor Kumuyi, Pastor Adeboye And Bishop Oyedepo.
He said that as God helps him, he prays consistently and he is going to intensify it for people ahead of him; Papa Oyedepo, Daddy G.O, Pastor Kumuyi; people that he knows in ministry.
“I pray with all my heart. There are those who are angry at where those people are; I have seen some pastors saying, “Oh, what do they want to achieve again? They have already defeated everybody – that is a pastor talking. He has a competition mentality,” he said.
However, Pastor Kumuyi sends a motivating reply to them. He said, “I read an article that somebody said “What is Kumuyi looking for again; what’s Adeboye looking for again; what’s Oyedepo looking for again? Haven’t they done enough? Shouldn’t they go and rest?” I wish I knew the people that wrote that article, I will sit them down and tell them that Moses ministered until his last breath and Joshua ministered until his last breath.
Christ our saviour, model and example ministered until his last breath. Paul the Apostle ministered until his last breath and I am still just starting. Everything the Lord ordained that I will accomplish and I pass it unto you.”
Finally, it is important for Christians to remain positive about what these men of God are doing and tap anything they need to tap from them before they go. We need to stop speaking negative words about their progress in ministry and spend more time listening and getting the best from them. May God give us the understanding in Jesus’ name.
The pastors or the young believers who said this have missed it the ministry that is, they are lost their kingdom visions by saying that to allow the devil to take control of their hearts to say that. They should go back to God for repentance so that they can be revived in their kingdom’s visions again if they want to make it to heaven.
