The Senior Pastor of the Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman while preaching in a video on YouTube a few hours ago said the reason the church is being ridiculed is that people want to serve God only when it is convenient. He emphasized the fact that most Christians want to follow their hearts instead of following God’s direction and commandments.
According to the Cleric in the video, “I was staying in Lagos mainland preparing to go and do ministry in America. Everything was set. One day, as I was just worshipping God I heard the voice of the Spirit of God telling me to go to Auchi and raise a people for God. I resisted for a while, I was so discouraged to the extent that I cried. As uncomfortable as that sounds, I finally surrendered to the will of God. Today, my voice is heard in many nations of the world from Auchi, because I followed God’s instructions”.
Speaking further, Apostle Suleman said God’s commandments are not grievous, nor are they meant to break you. “You might be temporarily hurt but you will ultimately benefit”, the Cleric said.
