“If you love your husband or wife, you must not commit adultery” – Pastor Kumuyi Reveals What One Must Not Do If They Want To Show Their Love To Your Partner

The General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry Pastor W.F Kumuyi on a live-streamed Monday Bible Study shared a message to the public.

According to him “If you love your husband or wife, you must not commit adultery, if you love your neighbor as yourself, you must not mess up with his wife or her husband. If you love your neighbor, you must not kill and destroy his prospect in life. If you must love truly, you will not covet or work any ill to your partner or neighbor because love is the fulfillment of all the laws”.

Romans 13:8-10 “owe no man anything, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law: For this, thou shalt not commit adultery, thus shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not covet; and if there be any commandment, it is briefly comprehended, namely, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: Love worketh no ill to his neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

Love gives rise to laws that are intended to protect the fellowship or union between parties. Therefore, a fulfilled law is exhibited by inward righteousness that exemplifies God’s character and love towards others; this is righteousness that exceeds the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees.
