The popular televangelist, a lawyer and a renowned human rights activist, Reno Omokri has just taken to his verified Twitter page to enlighten his followers on what to do to attract God’s blessings.
On his page, he said “If you pray and tell God that you love Him, but in real life, you are not taking care of your parents who took care of you when you were little, then your love for God is USELESS! Your pastor does not represent God on Earth. It is your parents that represent Him.”
Although many people might not see the importance attached to this tweet, Reno Omokri has just made some valid and solid points there. According to him, he said many people prefer to worship their pastor or Amy other religious leaders than to take care of their parents.
He further made it clear that representative of God on earth is one’s parent and as such, he advised his followers to find a way of taking care of those people that care for one while growing up. The glory and care that is meant for the parent should not be given to the pastors, Reno explains.
