According to Pastor Kumuyi, those who enter nightclubs claiming to preach the gospel are pretenders.
In a video posted on his church-verified YouTube account, pastor W. F. Kumuyi, the general overseer, founder, and lead pastor of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, gave a crucial warning to Christians who say they go to nightclubs to preach. According to the preacher, anyone who goes to nightclubs with the intention of converting clubgoers to Christ is harboring the love of the world.
He said, “Christ has given us a great commission, and that is to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and we must do it with all of our heart.” Because light and darkness have nothing in common, anyone who enters nightclubs under the pretense of wanting to spread the gospel and convert people to Christ is nothing more than a phony. When you add the customs and beliefs of men to the gospel, it becomes a completely different gospel, and the word of our Lord Jesus cannot be modified to appease our list.
