Topic: Refilling

Every aeroplane needs refilling regularly to fly.
It is what the bird eats that it uses to fly.
Elijah practically flew from mount Carmel to Jezreel.
He ran ahead of the chariot of the King.
1 Kings 18:46

His journey from Jezreel to the Juniper tree after Jezebel threatened him was a flight He fled. 1 Kings 19:1-4

By the time He got to the Juniper tree, his tank was empty. He needed to refill. Psalm 103:5

When your mouth is satisfied with good things, your youth is renewed like an Eagle.

Mark 5:35-43.
Even when you’ve just flown above death, you must eat, you must refill!

We are here tonight to refill, so we can keep flying.

How often an aeroplane refills depends on how far it’s flying.
How often we refill is determined by how far we want to go. We don’t want to come down, we want to keep flying.

1 Corinthians 11: 23-25.
We have to refill often.
Ephesians 5:18. We have to keep on being filled with the Holy Spirit.

The sick has to eat so they can fly out of sickness. 1 Peter 2:24.
The stripes Jesus took broke His body so we can eat and be healed.
Those of us that are well, eat of the body so that we can remain healthy. John 6:51.

The thirsty drink so that they can have a well. John 4:14.
Those of us who are already satisfied and have wells, keep on drinking so that Rivers of living water can flow out of our bellies. John 7:37-39.

The Holy Communion is not an ordinary meal, you must not partake in it unworthily.
You can only eat now, if you agree to surrender your life to Jesus Christ.

Prayers

1. When you eat the bread:
   a) If you are sick, ask God to heal you and make you whole.
   b) If you are well, ask God to refill you so you can keep flying above sickness and disease.
2. When you drink the wine: Ask God to refill you with the fuel of Heaven so you can keep on soaring forever.
