General Overseer Of Abel Damina Ministeries, Pastor Abel Damina has refuted the popular saying that Jesus Christ is the Lion Of The Tribe Of Judah. Damina who was teaching on the topic “The Misunderstood God” made it known that Jesus Christ is not the Lion of the tribe of Judah as many people are calling him and as it is written in the Bible.
He said the elder who made the phrase “Lion of the tribe of Judah” didn’t have the full knowledge of Christ. He said Christ Jesus is not the Lion of the Tribe of Judah but the Lamb of God and that the word Lamb was used in the book of Revelation 29 times while the word “Lion of Judah” was used once.
He explained that Lion is used negatively in the Bible and that Lion is even used to represent the devil in the Bible when the scripture says that we should be watchful and vigilant because Satan our adversary is roaming around like a lion looking for who to devour.
