“Jezebel he was running from was smaller than him three times” – Apostle Suleiman Reveals Why He Doesn’t Consider Elijah A Great Prophet

The Nigerian Televangelist, Apostle Johnson Suleman who is the General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries while preaching in a program in Ghana, told his members that Prophet Elijah was not a great man of God. He went further to give his reason for saying so.

According to Apostle Johnson Suleman from 31 minutes into the video: “I am sorry to shock you people today in Ghana that Prophet Elijah was not a great man of God. Why? Prophet Elijah did not finish what he started. He saw battles and he ran away to hide.

“The Bible said Prophet Elijah ran from Jezebel and when he ran he said to God in 1 Kings 19, Lord kill me for I am not better than my fathers. That tells me that any man that is not better than his fathers does not deserve to live and any man that is not better than his predecessors has failed.

“Do you also know that Prophet Elijah has a great anointing that it took three men to receive them. One of those who received his anointing was Elisha and he defeated Jezebel. The Jezebel he was running from was smaller than him three times but he couldn’t kill her. It was fear that made him run. This is why I don’t consider him as a Great man of God”.
