Pastor Mensah Otabil the founder of the International Gospel Centre in Accra Ghana has revealed that the word “Karma” is not scriptural.
According to the Man of God, he made it known that not all past actions deserve a consequence. He said that when a believer genuinely repents from their sins or past then they have forgiveness of sins and God won’t think about their pasts.
He made use of Abraham as an example, he said before God called Abraham, he was among pagans who don’t know God but God overlooked that and drew him out of the pagan worshipping.
He also used the prodigal son as an example, he said the prodigal son was not like Abraham but he was wasteful and couldn’t keep what his father gave him, but when he went back to his father his sins were forgiven and he didn’t have to pay for it.
He said Christians need to do away with some idols because some Christians are still holding on to some idols in their family and they need to put them away for them to have total forgiveness from God because that’s the only thing that can hinder them.
