Evangelist Funmilayo Adebayo, often known as Mummy G.O, has made waves on social media with her controversial preaching.
She is is the founder of the Rapture Proclaimer Evangelical Church of God. Her pictures have also gone viral in social media memes with controversial and hilarious captions that mimic her beliefs about hell.
Earlier today, a Twitter user who enjoys “catching cruises” paid a visit to the church and wrote about her experience on social media.
Though the lady did not specify where she lives, she made it a point to attend RAPEC’s Sunday service simply to listen “Mummy G.O” preach.
She did, however, describe how she was prevented from entering the church due to her earrings, which she had no choice but to remove.
She also mentioned that there was a banner depicting what people should not bring into the church, such as necklaces, attachments, earrings, and other items.
Unfortunately for the Twitter user, her quest to see the controversial preacher was not fulfilled. According to her, the controversial teacher did not show up because she had received multiple death threats.
In Nigeria, freedom of expression and freedom of speech are guaranteed by the constitution. It perplexes me that certain Nigerians are seriously threatening Evangelist Funmilayo Adebayo’s life. What exactly is her offense?
