Lady Who Converted To Christianity Receives Death Threats

A lady with the name ’ema’ has been trending on twitter today after she made a post saying that she converted to Christianity. 

At first, she simply wrote “Today I converted to Christianity” and has since been flooding her timeline with tweets about her new religion and inspirational messages.

The first post has attracted lots of retweets and comments, one of which reads: “You converted to hell. I’m sorry for faith failure”

Later today, she revealed in one of her tweets that she has been receiving death threats. The tweet reads thus:

“Where there are people who threatened to kill me. This is my decision and I respect my decision. The Christian community is a community of peace”

Here are some reactions to the post one of which was a question from a user asking her what she was before: Pagan, Muslim or Atheist?

I don’t know who took it personal to the extent of threatening her. It’s her choice, let her be please.
