Senior Pastor of Global Impact Church Pastor Yemi Davids while speaking at Calvary Bible Church for the ongoing Kingdom wealth conference, shared the lessons he learned from his journey.

LESSONS I LEARNT FROM MY JOURNEY

💡 Leadership: Leadership is a mystery and it’s very critical, everything gets better when the leaders get it right. Leadership determines the outcome, it determines how far each Church can go and grow therefore, leaders must be selective and discerning.

💡 Humility: Anyone can learn from anybody, an example is Moses who despite being a man who hears from God, listened to Jethro’s counsel. Never think that you have arrived, always be willing to learn. Answers are around waiting for humility to pick them up and grace is poured out when you are humble to learn.

💡 Grit: Grit is about perseverance and persistence, the willingness to become. It’s the ability to never give up even in the face of challenges.

💡 Excellence: Excellence starts with you. It’s not about being extravagant but doing everything you can to stand out.

💡 Systems Thinking: There are some systems you mustn’t take for granted within the Church, they are: growth, worship, outreaches, assimilation, ministry and discipleship systems. If any of these systems stop working properly, the Church will suffer.

💡 Mentorship: We all need mentors that will help us grow. Mentors give wisdom, power and speed. But remember that in all, the principal mentor is the Holy Spirit.
