The son and pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Leke Adeboye has taken to his handle to implore Christians in praying for their Muslim peers.
He made the pronouncement in regards to the just concluded Eid-el-fitr celebration and explained the focus of the prayer, which is for them to encounter the savior of Mankind, Jesus.
Full statement reads: “Please let’s pray for our muslim brothers and sisters today, as they gather all over the world during this celebrations, may they encounter the Lamb of God who carried the sin of mankind in JESUS name, amen.”
