In a same vein, Reno Omokri, a well-known Nigerian politician, preacher, and human rights campaigner, has issued a warning to males about to enter marriage institutions.
Some young guys might have been longing for the next year 2022 to bring in their long time girlfriends into their homes and be living as husbands and wives.
Omokri, a former Peoples Democratic Spokesperson under the administration of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan gave a piece of advice or admonition to the men on what are required to keep marriages, he made this known via his verified Twitter page @renoomokri, he tweets:
“A marriage can’t survive on love alone. You need money, accommodation, maturity. It is animals that have children and then look for how to feed them. As a human being, you are supposed to prepare and marry, not marry and prepare. Love is good, but doesn’t pay bills.
According to Reno, marriage entails more than just unconditional love for one another; other factors must be in place for a happy home. Money is a crucial tool for keeping a marriage on track; without it, love can simply slip away.
