According to an interview with Ann Nyathira on Tuko Talks, Regina’s husband brought another woman to their home and would kiss infront of her.

However, Kiragu fasted for 60 days after the husband left and waited for 18 years. She said,

“My husband brought the other woman and kissed while i watched. I fasted for 60 days and waited for 18 years for him to come back home and he came.”
