Pastor George Izunwa, the Founder and Lead Pastor of Gateway International Church sends an important message to men in the church on why they need to plan for their future very early.
In the Video, he said that no young man should finish secondary school without knowing where he is going in life. And it is already getting late for a university graduate who doesn’t know where he is going in life. “And if you are over 35 and you don’t know where you are going then you shouldn’t be hanging around us,’ he said. He then said that they need to be focused somewhere and have an ambition in them to make their lives count. You need to run into life with a destiny shout that you can’t die small.
According to him, that is masculinity and men should not allow life’s issues to deceive them because they are expected to pay the bills. He said that men are also expected to show leadership and if they can’t, then they cannot control their home. He then explained that the reason a lot of young girls are not excited about getting married to you is that you don’t have a vision for the future. “No girl hates a man that has no money, they only despise men without future,” he said. He then condemned men who are not willing to take up leadership in various areas and revealed that every woman wants to look up to her man. She wants to celebrate her man achieving results going forward in life.
Finally, he advised that you give your woman something to celebrate. If you cannot be a leader in society, be a leader in the church. If you cannot be a leader in politics, be a leader in the community. Your going up is giving her pride that when men stand, her husband stands out.
