“Not all Prayers are answered” – Apostle Johnson Suleman

Posted by on September 10, 2021 — Drop A Comment

Apostle Johnson Suleman said “not all prayers are answered” in one of his Ministers conference held at Benin City. Henceforth, he said “there are times you pray to God and He’ll say no”. Jesus cried to God for the cup and suffering to roll away from Him, but God said no. If God can say no to His only begotten, how much more we mortals.

Reasons why some prayers are not answered;

1. We ask wrongly: that is, we are requesting for the wrong thing from God. There are times when you need something and tell God to do it for you. God might not answer that prayers and do another thing you’re not even asking for, it happens and this is the reason, for example; a ten year old boy requesting for a child, might not get what he/she wants because it’s not the right thing at hay time, and this is most mistake we people do and think God is no more answering prayer. He is the same God today, the same God tomorrow and forever. Ask for the right thing at the right time.

2. Sin: Apostle Paul said in the scripture that “we cannot be in sin and expect grace to be abundant”. God hates sinners, once you are committing sin, you’re separating yourself from God. You can’t communicate with God, the way you’re suppose to.

3. Our mind: this is very common in the lives of human being. We carry along a dirty mind to the place of prayer, which is very bad, because it delays our prayer and it makes us stay longer in the place of prayer. Try as much to have a clean mind when praying and after praying.
