The Senior Pastor of Remnant Christian Network, Apostle Arome Osayi admonishes his congregation not to indulge in repetitive prayers unnecessarily. According to him, once you experience peace of mind after praying, you should have rest because God has heard you.
The Cleric buttressed his point by referring to Daniel 10:12. According to this Bible verse, an Angel appeared to Daniel with a message that Daniel’s prayers were heard from the very day he set himself to pray. “The answers would have still come even if Daniel had stopped praying. Peace of mind is a sign that God has heard your prayers”.
The Cleric narrated how he used to pray over an issue for too long until he had an understanding of the scriptures in Number 23:19, which says God is not a man that He should lie or change His mind, when He says it; He makes it come to pass. “Sometimes I heard my brothers praying, the issue they are praying about God has already answered but they are still praying. You should leave that prayer point and focus on another one”, Apostle Osayi said.
