General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye spoke via a video on his Facebook page and revealed why he will never have a female secretary.
In the video, the cleric said: “I told my people I will never have a female secretary but they said I am old-fashioned. Do you know why I will never have a female secretary? I work often at night.
What will I tell my members and the public that I’m doing with another man’s wife around 2 am? I was ordained in 1975 and God has been keeping me. I prefer to be old-fashioned and live than to be modern and fall”.
He added that anybody who cannot control himself when the devil tempts him to do evil with his female secretary should abstain from employing them. “If your eye will make you sin, pluck it out”, he concluded.
