In his words, the cleric has stressed that the most important choice anyone could make in life in respect of marriage is so important that if they miss it, they will suffer for a long. If they get it right then they will enjoy it forever. A bad marriage can affect every other area of your life hence, it must be avoided at all costs. How do you avoid a bad marriage? This is all the task that every aspiring single must try as much as possible to be conscious about. The subject of marriage is so important, so many married people are hoping to be single again to make the right choice.
The cleric has advised the singles that to avoid a bad marriage, they must not be in a hurry to get married. You have the best opportunity to prepare for it. For two people to come together to live in peace and harmony, they must agree spiritually, mentally and physically. As shared by Ndepo Tv, the cleric has given the example that, just like an elephant cannot marry an ant so also a believer cannot marry an unbeliever. If an elephant marries an ant how would they live, if a goat marries a fish where would they meet? A serious and genuine believer must be drawn towards a believer like him/herself. You must look for a Godly man or a Godly woman to marry, this process is sacrosanct and it is the ever requirement for a believer as enshrined in the scriptures.
The cleric has also highlighted the presence of the devil, and his agenda in every marriage. Every good marriage is the devil’s primary target. Since he has targeted the family for his onslaught since he already knows that everyone belongs to a family and if he can make two wrong people meet then he has succeeded in affecting the community and nations negatively. To avoid getting caught in the snare of a bad marriage, a single must ignore his/her advancing age and the pressure to get married. Do not ever give in to that. The pressure in a wrong marriage is far worse. God has somebody for you but you must set your priorities right.
